Terms and Conditions/Rates

Our rooms rates start  at £40 per person per night for bed and breakfast.  This varies throughout the year so please ask for up to date prices.

Please note that we only accept bookings of 2 nights or more at weekends during July and August.

Please email or call to check availability and rates.  A deposit for the first night’s stay is required to secure a booking and we accept payment by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day and
check in is from 4 pm or  earlier by prior arrangement.

Kilmalyn is non smoking throughout
We cannot accommodate pets

Cancellation Policy.

If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to 4 pm on the day of arrival, we will refund your deposit.

Later cancellations or no shows will result in a charge of the first night's accommodation, so no refund will be given.
